I don’t know about how the last weekish has been for you, but for me, it’s been another intense one.
It’s challenging to hold space for humanity’s love when there’s so much hate running rampant, and it’s heartbreaking when one knows what we humans are truly capable of. From this place, it can be easy to become disempowered, but we must do whatever we can to stay empowered because we can make a bigger difference from that emotional state.
Speaking of emotional states, I’m excited to share with you an episode of the “Work It, Girl!” podcast that I got to be a guest on called “Mindset Over Matter”.
In this episode, we discuss how you can re-train your brain to change your previous programming and overcome your limiting beliefs in order to live a life filled with joy. Because my work as a coach encompasses a vast area of modalities, we get into topics such as:
