Greetings (from Holden Beach)!

As I was walking along the beach on Monday morning practicing my self care, which consisted of: breath work, meditation, gratitude, ownership of June declarations — contemplating who I need to be (love)… what I need to do (serve), surrendering to the fact that while I can show up and play full out, I don’t actually control any of it! And, possibility for myself, for others, for the collective...

I felt compelled to create a Facebook business live video. In it, I shared about how I believe connecting to our creativity everyday is access to a higher level of thrive and why it matters for your business and for you!

I know the idea of taking anything more on everyday can sound daunting, and that’s exactly why I give you some tips on how you can incorporate this into your day without doing anything extra. Nice, right?!?

Full disclosure (as shared in the video), I didn’t begin relating to myself as a creative spirit until well into my adult life — sad. That said, I’m always looking for more ways to express myself in that regard, and I’d love to hear from you about some of your favorites!

If you’re like me and you appreciate the neuroscience of transformation, or as I like to call it “rewiring the brain”, you would enjoy knowing that according to Scientific American, “the entire creative process– from preparation to incubation to illumination to verification– consists of many interacting cognitive processes (both conscious and unconscious) and emotions. Depending on the stage of the creative process, and what you’re actually attempting to create, different brain regions are recruited to handle the task.”

Well, that explains why the coaching process unlocks so much creativity and keeps us moving forward through all its stages!

P.S. If you’re in the Charlotte metro area and you’d like to spend 2 hours with me (the morning of June 23rd) to slow you down and shift you into a delicious energy rich state of being before focusing on one area of your life you’d like to move forward, join me for: A Bold Practice for Your Busy Brain: Slow It Down. Stretch It Out. Create Your Life. ℠. This will catapult your creativity in new directions with some structure to make it that much more real! Check out the Facebook business live video I made on Monday!

P.P.S. I can also create customized coaching and yoga workshops for teams.
