Hello, bold and beautiful humans!

After attending Charlotte’s largest mind, body, and spirit event (SHIFT) over the weekend, I had a huge SHIFT in my being.

All the self love rituals that I re-committed to have gotten me back into a harmonious state of flow, which had me open to receive the powerful messages that were delivered to me during Saturday’s immersion.

Doing what anyone would do in my situation, I promptly went home and aired myself on Facebook Live! I was so grateful for the experience that I had. Naturally, I wanted to share it with the world. Even more so, I was in a place of full on possibility making it the perfect time to make a bold a$$ declaration about my dream to speak at big conferences like I used to as a Low Vision Therapist.

Creativity was surging through my veins with the perfect amount of clarity, and it was a welcome feeling after an extended period of disempowering ideas with zero focus.

In this new space of energy richness, I was able to create a new workshop that had been pulling at me and implement a better way to plan for my 2018 quarterly taxes so I don’t get stuck paying in at the end of the year for the 3rd time. Talk about patching up an energy leak, which was the culprit of a creative imbalance that had begun permeating other ares of my life and business!

This experience made me think of something I shared with you in one of February’s newsletters: “When you’re in your personal life without working, you may even get ideas for work while you’re offline. True balance is when your work and life are hand in hand, feeding your creativity.”

To me, it’s the difference between “I have to” and “I get to”. And, that transformation in thinking is enough to generate an entirely difference experience for anyone.

What I know is that we (automagically) create a balanced life and business when we achieve balance within.

Instead of looking to your calendar to see how you can be more balanced, what do you see when you look within?

The question may occur as simple, but one thing I’ve come to find over and over and over again is that simple doesn’t always mean easy.

In order to be able to trust the answers we have within, we have to slow down enough to hear our highest self, which proves challenging in a world that has most of us running in a hamster wheel.

Are you ready to let go, release the tension, and tap back into the creative wisdom of your spirit so you, too, can achieve more consistent inner balance so as to create a more balanced way of living and doing business?

If your answer to this question is a deep resonating YES, this November’s retreat: Release. Relax. Restore. is for you.

What makes this retreat unique is how we’ll use ontological life coaching tools to gain clarity on your relationship to self-care, what may get in the way of a consistent practice and what your life will be like when you are consistently “sourced” from the inside out. Combined with the knowledge of your Ayurvedic dosha, you will be supported to create a personalized, printable and realistic self-care plan.

Be an early bird and save! Register before June 1, 2018 and you’ll save $97 off retreat price.

See you in the Blue Ridge Mountains — while we may not be wearing a tank top like the gal in the photo below, we will be able to hike and enjoy nature just the same!
