On my quest to continue bringing clarity to the commonly misunderstood field of coaching, I decided to create a video intended to shed light on the difference between coaching and therapy and how you can better distinguish which one you can benefit most from.

While therapy and coaching have some overlap, they are quite different modalities. One is not better than the other, and they do not need to be in competition with each other. In fact, they can be used to supplement each other, which I’ve done. Sometimes, you will even get to the same end game, but the journey will not look the same.
