Live Sessions
ONE PER MONTH — TAKING A PAUSE ON LIVES UNTIL JANUNARY 2025
Every fourth Wednesday from 9:00 am – 9:30 am EST on Zoom.
You will receive the Zoom link for these in your welcome email.
All live events are recorded with the recording being stored in the library within 24 hours.
Library
You will have access to a growing library so you can journey at any time. These will include all of the live offerings in case you can’t make them or don’t want to.
You will create login info specific to you in order to access the library at the time you sign up, so keep that info handy.
As of July 12, 2024, the library has 20 recordings.
Topics
Each visualization and yoga nidra/non-sleep deep rest will be related to supporting you with the things that I see come up most with coaching clients, yoga students, friends, family, and myself. Sometimes, the best topic is simply lots of luscious space for you to relax and decompress.
